Requested Information - Water Taxi Times, Dietary Restrictions, Linen Requests
Please review the confirmation form at the bottom of this page to ensure we have all your information correct.
A reminder to everyone not to forget to bring your sleeping bag, pillow, and towel unless you have decided to rent linens. If you have selected that you would like to rent linens, you will find an ‘x’ in the linens column. If you see ‘incl.’ near linens, it is because they are included in your accommodations.

Water Taxi Location – Sunset Marina (34 Sunset Beach, West Vancouver, B.C., V7W 2T7)
Everyone will be departing and returning from Sunset Marina. The marina is approximately 5km past Horseshoe Bay on the sea-to-sky highway.
We have reserved parking spaces to be available for our guests for the weekend. Please check in with Sue at the marina to pay for your spot. We have arranged for special guests to be ‘boat captains’ for each sailing. Please check in with your boat captain so they can mark you down as ‘arrived’ and tag your luggage.
Wedding Bus
Unfortunately due to lack of interest, we were unable to hire a bus to take our guests to the water taxi site. We apologize for the people who were interested in taking this. Please let us know if transportation will be an issue for you and we may be able to assist in arranging for a carpool.
Key Reminders
A couple key reminders to help make your weekend as enjoyable as possible.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled water taxi time to allow adequate time for check-in and parking.
Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and towel if you aren’t renting linens
Linens are included in the Farmhouse, Cottage, and Craigcroft accommodations
Pack warm clothes for night & for around the fire
The outdoor ceremony may also be cool in temperature
Plan for rain – we can’t stress this enough
Please do not bring wedding presents to the Island – cards are okay
Minimize outside containers – everything is pack in/pack out
Bring bug spray!
Bring a flashlight – it gets very dark at night
Bring a swimsuit, flip flops, and towel if you want to play in the water
Bring active wear for activities like soccer, volleyball, yoga, and hiking
Any hobbies, games, and musical instruments are welcome!
Sports equipment is available on-site including: croquet, bocce, volleyball, soccer, Frisbees, ect.
Feel free to bring anything else you may like for the weekend.
Drink tickets for sale $2 ea. – There is no ATM on the island and they don’t accept debit/credit, so please remember to bring cash to buy drink tickets for the weekend.
